當代容貌焦慮深受社群媒體塑造的單一審美標準影響。作品以自然與人為的對比為隱喻，將自由生長的樹木修剪成一致的人形側臉，象徵個體在審美機制下被標準化。透過修剪、上色與裝飾的行為，反映美妝文化與外貌加工現象，並探討當審美趨於一致時，人們逐漸失去真實而多元的自我。

Contemporary appearance anxiety is shaped by the narrow beauty standards reinforced through social media. Using the contrast between the natural and the artificial, this work depicts freely growing trees trimmed into identical human profiles, symbolizing the standardization of individuals under dominant ideals of beauty. Through acts of cutting, coloring, and decorating, it reflects on cosmetic enhancement culture and the gradual loss of authentic and diverse identities.
