從創作繪本的故事開始發想，以日常生活中會常常遇到的外送員爲發想起點，用一種有趣的角度來詮釋外送員的辛苦付出。貓頭鷹圖書館原本只有夜間的圖書外送員，但是借書的數量實在太多了，因此需要增加日間的圖書外送員。小藍跟小粉就是在參加圖書外送員的入職測試；一路上得到很多人的幫助，也讓收到書的人覺得很幸福，露出大大的笑容。一直在旁邊觀察的大蛇教官，也很滿意小藍跟小粉的表現。

This is a little story about sending out smiles with hope. Starting from the idea of creating a picture book, it takes the delivery workers we often encounter in daily life as the starting point, interpreting their hard work from a fun perspective. Owl Library originally only had nighttime book delivery workers, but because the number of book loans was too high, they needed to add daytime book delivery workers. Little Blue and Little Pink are taking the job entrance test to become book delivery workers; along the way, they receive help from many people and make the recipients of the books feel very happy, showing big smiles. The instructor, Big Snake, who has been observing from the side, is also very satisfied with Little Blue and Little Pink’ s performance.
