「馬祖擺暝文化季」是馬祖地區規模最大、最具代表性的傳統元宵節慶。於2019年被登錄為國家級重要無形文化資產。祭祀活動由各島廟宇輪值，包含點燈迎喜、神明遶境、燒馬糧、祈夢等傳統儀式。

The “Matsu Baiming Cultural Festival” is the largest and most representative traditional Lantern Festival celebration in the Matsu area of Taiwan. It is held in grand style around the Lantern Festival every year. It was registered as a National Important Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2019. The sacrificial activities are hosted by temples on each island on a rotating basis, including traditional rituals such as lighting lanterns to welcome good fortune, deity processions, burning horse feed, and praying for dreams. This festival showcases the island’s interwoven belief culture of “gods, humans, and nature.”

The imagery uses Matsu lanterns and Matsu paper-cutting to depict the unique characteristics of the Matsu Baiming Festival. In conjunction with the 2026 Matsu Baiming Cultural Festival, a frog-themed armored marshal is hidden within; everyone is welcome to find it out.
